Owners will be required to identify a contact person/company when

they receive the registration form from the City. We will act as

the required contact. This requirement is for owners that live 35

miles away from city hall. This would not be for tenant servies.

Tenant services are available with full property management

services. We will be on call as a represnetive of the owner. If a

mandatory inspection shold be required during our watch then the

prices of the mandatory Inspection would apply less 10% discount.
